At Precision Guide Tech we offer 304 Stainless Steel, 304V Stainless Steel and NiTinol wire in standard pre-cut lengths. The wire diameter ranges from 0.30mm to 2.00mm while the pre-cut lengths go upto 260mm.
Flat Wire
We produce flatwire coils in a range of wire sizes. These coils are found in a broad range of devices from smooth guidewires, wound stents and marker coils. Pitch and diameter may be varied along the coil as required.
Round Wire
We can produce in sizes from 0.15mm upwards in a range of materials such as Stainless Steels, precious metal alloys and PTFE (pre-coated and post-coated) wires.
We can also supply straightened wire for cores as well as precision centreless grinding on both the finished coil (depending on size) and on core wire.
Utilizing our state-of-the-art wire forming equipment, we can produce a practically unlimited variety of 2D and 3D wire forms from wire sizes of 0.30mm to 4.00mm. Typical applications are Stent Hangers, Pigtail Mandrels, Wire instrument blanks and components. We can form by the method of live tool multi-axis CNC
We offer a range of mandrels in solid wire/rod. We also supply these with PTFE coatings for easy release. Various tapers and composite built-up geometries are available for bonding and forming.
Precision Guide Tech’s Specialty Guidewires are designed for interventional procedures and intended for use with interventional devices within the coronary and peripheral vasculature.
Precision Guide Tech is capable of providing PTFE coated coils for use in all medical devices. This latest technology allows us to produce PTFE coils in any length and in the most extreme geometries and indexes. Our team can coil wires down to sizes as low as .001″.
